Return & Refund Policy

At Sireva, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products, or customized items) may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sireva@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at sireva@gmail.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
